Many hundreds of students hold hundreds of such books in their home libraries. School has been encouraging students to set up a library in their homes. The books that this school gives are not generally available in book stalls. They are different titles and rare books so as to make their library be really rich and resourceful.
Good Books is also a similar scheme to Books of Honour. But, here the gift books are given only for good characters, being helpful to parents and for other social services. These rewards are announced and sometimes unannounced. Students’ voluntary interest in good manners are observed by teachers directly and indirectly to reward them with special stars to be stuck on the specific page in their diaries. Generally these stars are major in size or number. Their value is also higher. Worthy book and bounty of gift books are given under this scheme.
